Oh and a tip for selling. Expect to get smart buyers. So be a smarter seller. Let's just use the same car for example. You have a number in mind that you'd like. Say you WANT seven for the car. Ask eighty five and let the 'smart' buyer think he's getting a great deal when he says, 'the wheel pulls to the left a little, I've got 7,400 in hand', and you say...'sheesh man lemme think about it...I dunno it's a toughie...oh....umm....uhh...okay howbout 7,500'. =)
