Thumbs up Newly Istalled Vortech V3 on 2001 GT

Just had a V3 installed on my 2001 GT. Lidio from Alternative Auto Performance did the intall and tune. I was hoping for around 390 to 400rwhp but was pleasently surprised when he told me it produced 437rwhp and 382lb/ft on 11.5lbs of boost. It's a little louder than the V2SQ but nothing major. Right now just trying to get used to the power but loving it.

Thats awesome for a Vortech. Just be sure your A/F is spot on at those power levels and also be aware that you're pretty much at the stock rotating assemblies' breaking point. 11.5 pounds of boost is quite a bit. I really don't think youl make it a year with 11.5 of boost from a vortech.

With stock internals wouldn't you want to be at about 8-9 lbs. of boost?
