Thanks, yeah too late to add that. I'd drive an 10 if I go a good deal on one. But really, i like the new edges a tad bit more. Not much but a little. The new stangs interior just seems too much. I don't car about all the little extra. Don't get me wrong their nice but i like the power more.

Ive made the decision...im going to swap this motor in in the future for sure. Hopefully next summer. This summer is going to be suspension and some other things, power will be next summer...and this motor is part of the plans. I dont even know if i'd wanna mess with the cams and such with this motor seeing how its already so efficient.

Now that my car is almost all parted out and completely dissasembled I'm concentrating on getting my project car for next year but these 2011's are proving to be a bigger temptation that I thought. We'll see what happens. If I go to another a newer car my short list is GT500, 2011 GT or dare I say a BMW. If it's not a new car, it's between a 65/66 Mustang or a 70-73 Datsun 240z with a SBF.

At least I don't have to worry about my POS anymore. For all of you HP monkeys, Being at your HP goal isn't as fun as getting there. I've hated my car since I got there and that's why it's parted out.

Nerd, you should get one of the new 5.0's and put it in a 65 fastback with a T56 magnum and full modern style suspension with a mini-tub in the back...that'd be ****!!!

That would be retarded. Have you seen the modern electronics for the OAK integrated system ECUs? An -04 is hard enough. And the engine physical size is just as big as a 4v, there's no point to be the first or one of the firsts. The price of them is going to be ridiculous anyhow. When they come out with a kit for the conversion then that would be something to consider but they don't even have a conversion kit for any modular and it's still almost all your own fabrication.

Why? Was it giving you problems or driveability issues?

people who do this as a hobby are rarely every happy with the final result...meaning when they finish modded if they are out of ideas, they are bored, nothing more to do or change. Hense sell and move on.
