Practice makes perfect I wouldn't spend the money on the T/B and plenum, instead put that into suspension as well. UPR has some affordable solid bushing control arms! Beautiful car still! Love the look! White looks best with the 99-00 wing

I was just stating that I would be doing those sometime in the future; not right now. I am thinking I need just lowers. Uppers seem like kind of a waste of money eh? I am number crunching in my head. Between the tuner, gears, install kit, and possibly CA's, I will be into it about $1k.

Not bad at all..
My best time personally was like a 14.1 at 99..
My sis' bf drove my car and got 13.99 at 99...
I have intake, tune, midpipe, and catback...
So your times are pretty good IMO... Especially sicne on both the 14.1 and 13.9 the 60's were 2.0... For an auto, your car moves out... With gears and a tune you will be hanging out at mid 13's i would think judging by these times..
As long as you had fun and nothing broke, thats all that matters
