I want to swap out my steering wheel on my '00 GT with the FR500 one. All the videos and directions say to use a steering wheel puller. My question is will any steering wheel puller do?

I found this $9.95 one on Summit Racing. Will this work? Never used one so I'm not sure how to use it or if it is needed at all.

I've removed countless wheels without pullers... but you may have to get a little violent with it. I swapped my 98 cobra steering wheel with one from an 01 cobra and I just wiggled and worked the wheel off by hand. Wasnt too bad but if you have the extra 10$ and time then go for the puller method lol
