i thought a full point was worth like 25hp? guess i was wrong lol, i also thought turbo cams were similar to factory cams, just with longer exhaust duration, i wouldnt think stage one heads and turbo cams would do 300 that sounds high? maybe im just confused. i dont think it would cost me much to have him mill the block thats why i was asking since im in there anyway. but if it wont be worth anything then maybe i wont bother.
lol if a full point was worth 25hp i would have an all motor car for sure, i couldn't jusitfy spending that much money for 380whp... and thats in a 4v. Man just thinking about that makes me smile even if you're talking bhp going from 9.25:1ish to 11.5:1 is like 60hp haha 365 bhp from nothing but a bump in compression would be awesome. I'd have a 400whp+ n/a car.
ok im lost it usually takes long tubes and a set of na cams to reach 300hp to the ground...was this a mustang...this is probebly dumb but whats IIRC?
yeah. a full bolton PI gt with longtubes and stage1 cams will hit just shy of 300rwhp usually, and stage2 cams just over (average grinds obviously, some cams are more/less aggressive than others)
