forged pistons, rods, and crank. you can get em off ebay. and im pretty sure 03-04 were forged.

depends on how far you wanna go with the turbo. 8psi is ok on stock internals(425rwhp or so). After that, you want forged internals with a forged 03/04 cobra crankshaft.

really i didnt think i could use stock internals with a turbo. I plan on buying the hellion turbo kit but i also have after market things like full exhaust CAI pullies etc....

you can run the turbo on low boost on the stock motor for a while. get a cobra or mach 1 crank and manley rods and pistons

which will all be gone with the hellion turbo kit. And you can use the stock internals with the hellion kit. At 8psi they made 430 which, when tuned right, will be just fine.

And if you go for a mach crank, get a manual mach crank. Autos are the same as GT's.

for turbos i'd suggest around stock compression and methanol injection personally. higher compression will spool the turbo faster and the methanol injection will allow you to run pump gas and the meth will supplement when needed. and i'd get notched pistons due to not wanting to take apart the motor again if you wanted cams that would require it. its just something to put you at ease about cam choice and that you know you would have to try really hard to choose the wrong cam and have to worry about ptv clearance.
