The NT05R's are the drag radial version and i would only suggest those for racing as they are in very odd sizes. The 18" sizes all have 40 or 45 sidewalls and those size sidewalls i would only suggest for racing because of the overall height of the tire being like 27-28" tall. And yes, i only paid $235/tire plus tax. And they are great tires too.

You know Jazzer will chime in and tell you a SRA can handle just as well, maybe not in the cruiser-ness part but can still handle well. I've been debating whether or not to go with the IRS swap or build up the SRA. I want to start getting into road racing but college is kinda delaying that.

Sorry for thread jacking.

a watts link/TA combo would likely hang right with a built IRS.

Yea, Griggs took the IRS out of their track cobra and put in a built SRA instead. So honestly the built SRA might handle slightly more than the IRS(yea, i said it!) if Griggs is building an SRA over the IRS, but it will ride like sheit and will be bouncy, all while the IRS is handling just as good and riding a whole hell of a lot better. Just a preference of whether you want the car to ride good and handle, or ride bouncy and jar you and handle...i'll take the awesome ride of the IRS anyday.

Which you think is a better track package, griggs or MM? I find it hard to spend $3 or $4k on suspension, when the mustang is kinda underpowered and having only simple bolt-ons for power.
