it doesnt really matter about the gasket imo..i just bought the 2 piece and bolted it up and no leaks with over 30k miles on it. your making this too complicated lol

In regards to one of the first posts: Oregon DOES have emissions in the major cities. I live in a suburb of Portland and when i went to the DEQ for emissions testing i got sniffed and checked for codes.

I'd just call up Ford directly either parts or a dealership (describing it) unless someone on here knows that can post it. Then im not sure what you mean by the tube thing?

where are you finding the 1 piece? I thought they all came in the 3 piece

Yeah I really can't think of what that tube thing is. The gasket you can typically reuse once. I reused mine the first mid pipe and didnt have any leaks for 10k miles. 2nd mid pipe I bought the gasket from my local mustang shop. I'm sure ford would get it for you if you called them.
