i'd assume either the guy who hit him or the company whos truck he was driving is gonna pay for it. If you get more than what your car was worth (pain and suffering etc etc) I say step up to the '11 haha theres a video of one dynoing at 395whp, now thats pretty high probably just a publicity thing but they are probably gonna be 375whp stock, which is riduclous.

im just saying if insurance companies even give you enough money for another car or they just low ball your *** bc obviously they arent gunna pay to fix that much damage, he shoulda fell outta the car screaming my neck! my back!........my neck and my back!!!

Half the time they just cut you a check for $xx,xxx just to never hear from you again if you start saying you are hurt. And that is on top of them paying for your car. I would def file an injury claim and go to the hospital or a chiropractor as someone mentioned earlier. Maybe you will even get some pain killers out the deal too
