You will be able to tell a good difference with both the 3.73 and 4.10... so i say gears

Get 4.10s i commute to my school which is about a 45 minute ride on the highway monday through thursday and i average about 20mpg. The rpms are high but if your not mashing on it all the time you still get decent milage. And when you do want to get on it it pulls like nothing else. It was a huge difference for me cause my gen has 2.73s stock. I would go with 4.10s hands down.

Suggestion for ya...get a midpipe, preferably a catted x pipe and then get the gears, then the sts.
