260 is a lil high i think... but you should skip the CAI and just get a good filter... the cai doesnt really do anything besides look cool

He already has the drop in filter. But yea, you should get longtubes with the PI swap and do some stage 1 cams and maybe get the heads cleaned up and ported or something. That would put you at about 290rwhp or so which would mean up in the 330hp at the crank range.

I agree with the pi swap and cams. Then a shot of of nitrous to top it off.

205rwhp (dynojet) is my guess. With only exhaust and UDP on a npi... the intake manifold and npi cams suck.

NPI 201/208 duration at 0.050, 0.462/0.462 lift, 114/113 intake/exhaust centerline
PI 200/209 duration at 0.050, 0.505/0.531 lift, 116/116 intake/exhaust centerline

How much would the full P.I. swap run me and how much horsepower would I gain. I talked to the previous owner a few minutes ago and said he had it Dynoed in Louisville and It was at 244 rwhp, and 268 at the crank. Also I would not be instaliing it, I would have to pay for the labor also. I just really want to get rid of the plastic looking intake manifold and change the cams.

Go with a pi swap with ported heads and stage 2 cams and youll be right around your goal.

Don't waste the money on a CAI. As others have stated, start with the PI swap. If you have money for cams that would be another great start. I stuck with the NPI heads as I plan to boost down the road. I would also sell the shorty headers and pick up some LT's as shorties are proven not to net much if any + HP.

My GT feels good with 3:73's, PI swap (NPI Heads), o/r xpipe, full cat back and a full tune with sniper.
