Default Its a Beautiful Day

Oh man, today has been a great day. Got an UPR Coil Over Kit, 14/175lb Coil Over Springs, and Maximum Motorsports Caster/Camber Plates to go along with my Lakewood 70/30 struts that are awaiting install. Got EVERYTHING (struts, springs, coil over kit, and cc plates) for $350 and every piece is brand new. So excited to change out my stock front suspension here in a week or so when the coil overs arrive.

Was honestly pieced together from different places. I got the lakewood struts about 3 weeks ago from a guy locally, then found a BNIB UPR Coil Over Kit without the springs and talked the guy into selling them for 95$ shipped. Found a guy on Corral.net that had the springs I wanted/needed for 55$ shipped and then I had been trying to find someone selling MM CC plates for about 2 weeks now and it just so happens a guy locally posted on craigslist that he totaled his mustang and had his CC plates lying around that he never got around to installing so I got those for 150$ BNIB.

That is a ridiculously good deal man! Nice find, you don't plan on attempting that install without a tubular K-member do you?

Yes... Will use the stock K member and Control arms for a while until I can switch to tubular.

Youre going to have to pick up some lowering springs or cut the stock springs on the back to even out the stance on there with the coilovers up front. Just heads up.

Yeah I know. Just going to put everything on and make sure everything is up to spec before I go about changing out the rear springs. Luckily, changing out the rear springs is pretty easy.
