I found this thread via the Tech articles and how to's (Updated Often) sticky. Nice to see a compiled list of parts for the upgrade.

I've been considering upgrading from stock GT brakes to stock Cobra brakes. Before joining this forum, I made my own list by spending some time on the AutoZone website (or maybe it was Advance), cross-referencing part numbers. As I put the list together, I found different part numbers for the GT and Cobra master cylinders. Any ideas on what's different between them?
