pedal adjustments?????
 

i have an 01 gt and im not sure what everyone else thinks but imo i think the clutch is set really high is there any way i can change that?

It depends what he means... do you mean the engagement is too high in the pedal travel or that the pedal travel is too long?

Cuz that's one thing I find odd... how much higher the clutch pedal travel is compared to the brake pedal.

The brake pedal is intentionally set low to allow "heel and toe" downshifting--one of the things that makes Mustangs "real" sports cars...

I don't mind the low brake pedal... I don't like the extremely high clutch pedal. I like when the clutch and the brake are fairly inline with each other... but just a personal preference.

too bad they put the gas so low to make it impossible though haha

I wear 9-1/2 6E shoes so I've never had a problem--except on my grandson's VW Jetta where the damn pedals are so small and close together I can barely drive the car...

That's true also... my pedals look like the descending AT&T logo.. starting with the mountainous clutch pedal.. and ending up with the barely existing throttle pedal.

I wear size 12 shoes and I've got trouble heel-toeing with the gas so low. I'm definitely planning on doing that gas pedal mod once classes are through and I have a bit of time.
