Does the rear window move at all when you hit it or press on it>?
Were you able to remove the rear deck and see the actual seal on the inside of the window? This is a waaaaaay waaaaaaaay Long shot, BUT-suppose the tinter used some unorthodox adhesive activitaing agent(instead of water and dawn lol) and it ran down the window and polled on, in, and around the seal and ate some of the adhesive away in the window seal, giving it space to move around? Just a thought....lol. Maybe a glass guy would be an option? couldn't hurt to ask the local glass shop for an estimate, then they may give you an idea of what the issue really is?

Lastly, the sail panels.

check the rear sway bar. About a year ago now, when I first put the SRA back in my car, I started hearing this clicking like sound, although it was more of like a tapping, or something banging. After some searching, found out that the Rear sway bar had literally cracked, and was bouncing all over the place

why dont you drive around and have someone sit in your backseat or vise versa and have the seats removed etc and try to narrow it down that way. try video recording it its tough to diagnose a problem with out actually hearing it.

Its called having a personality bro. And I wasn't hearing things. 2000AZGT hit it spot on with his advice, I think it was a swaybar that was loose. Have not heard the sound since though.
