Default I'm about to buy these...

I just have two questions... do we need the hi/low option?

Also, do you think 10000k 55W will be too blue? Will they look like 8000k 35W?

You don't have to get the high/low option, a lot of people think you don't need them as the HID kit makes your headlights A LOT BRIGHTER.

I think that would be too blue, that's an opinion though. You'll have to do some research on your own to figure out what color your want your head lights to look like. I prefer more white head lights than the blue looking ones.

I have 35w 6000K high/low from DDMtuning. I think my lights are too blue, but like I said, that's just an opinion.

So how would you wire it in either way?

Is there some kind of stock wire that you disconnect if you don't get the high beams?

Do you NEED hi/low beams, NO you do not NEED them. But if you want them get them. If you feel like flashing someone with your already BRIGHT HIDs, then get them.

10000k 35w or 55w is going to blue, RICER blue. If you want white with a hint of blue go with 6000k 55w.

if you look up the install guide for the kit, it shows you how to install the high/low adapter for the HID kit, it's not hard, just plug and play

I just installed a DDM tuning 35w 5000k kit on my CX-7.... perfect color IMO. Just the slightest hint of blue... very factory looking.

And I've said it before and I'll say it again... I think HIDs in a non projector housing are dumb..

No you can go with just a single beam if you want.
