Im 26 now and i've test driven tons of cars and bikes. I've done it for fun and I've done it with the possible intention of buying the car. I've driven an STI, GTO, 350z, 370z, IS300, M3, and a C5 vette off the top of my head as well as several camry/civic commuter cars. If you show up looking respectable (not over dressed) and act like you might potentially buy the car they will let you take it for a spin.

To what someone said about the dealer's taking the cars for personal errands, the M3 I test drove had Burger King cup still in the cup holder as I was getting in it.

It probably isn't even that fast, and if it has that low of miles and is that nice, why jeopardize its condition for the person that actually buys it.

I think that they will let you test drive almost any car, especially since it's not new. However there are some cars that they won't let you drive, for example the GT500. Something about it being a collectible and it depreciating with a lot of miles. I would think it's the same for the Viper and Z06. I know they wouldn't let me test drive one, and i drove a Saleen there :'(. Yes it's not a extreme but they don't know that.

Your trying to tell me 0-60 in 4.7 seconds isnt fast? Id like to see your car compete against that. I believe thats about .2 seconds behind a 04 cobra. I'ts fast enough for me at least.

It's not really being fortunate, more like saving and buying at the right time

True but 99.9% do not look anywhere as good as the 2v's, *cough* F-boats *cough* 05-09 s197's. I would rather look good driving slow then look ugly as hell driving fast.
