Try putting friction modifier in and see if that helps...if that wasnt put in, youre kinda screwed with getting those clutches to grab.

Friction modifier is only used to prevent the clutches from binding when going around corners, it will not help with getting the clutches to grab. I would recommend changing the fluid first as it only costs 40 bucks or so. If it's not that then the clutches are fried and it needs to be rebuilt.

+1 less friction modifier = more grab but higher chance of chatter/binding around corners. if you get it right, you can get a few more miles out of a dying trac lok

talked to the guy that did my rear work on the phone today...he said it sounds like im either not hitting the water enough before the burnout, or im sliding too far after the water into a dry spot...he advised me to hit the water really good next time, and stay almost in the water to burn out...ill admit, i may be coming too far away from the water after i hit it to do the burnout...i think next time i may just burn out in the water and spray the people standing around haha...

i asked about the cf clutches being worn and he said he really doubts that my 3 trips to the track would be enough to wear em down to the point where they are damaged...he said they may have worn a lil but still should be fine..so im rollin with that, hopefully hes right about it...if it happens again ill make him take it apart if i have to lol...

see my new thread if ud like to read about my next issue

Yeah sorry bro i'm no mechanic but this doesnt have a damn thing to do with how much time you spend at the water box. Just light it the **** up in your driveway and if both don't spin he needs to take a look. This should be very simple.

i know they r both capable of spinning...my first 2 passes they did indeed spin...the last 2 the 1 wheel did not..he said because its not a really expensive posi that makes it impossible to spin just one wheel like an auburn, its possible to just spin one, just not likely...thats y he suggested hittin the bix better and whatnot...maybe ill make a water box in my driveway with a friend and see what happens lol
