Just an update for you all...

By the time you all are reading this, the IRS install will more than likely be under way. Going to the shop at 9am to start and hoping to be done in decent enough time for me to venture down to 75-80 drag strip to watch my buddy run his 03 cobra for the first time. If anyone local to gettysburg/hanover/northern md wanna join, let me know. But the IRS, 03 cobra brakes on all 4 corners, and 03 cobra bilsteins on all 4 corners...commence.

You will either have to swap the Pinion flange from your SRA to the IRS or swap the rear U-joint/Flange off your DS with the Cobra DS or just swap DS

Another update:

IRS did not go in today. We spend about 4 hours just swapping over the front brakes and struts...and another 3 trying to get the brake situation worked out because we couldnt get the brakes bled correctly. But alas we got the brakes bled and that was it for the day. The IRS is more than likely going to go in within the next week and a half or so. So this gives me a little bit that i might be able to save for the bushing kit or maybe coilovers or something to add while we're doing the IRS. But something i did notice is that the cobra struts raised the front of my car up for some reason. I dont know if its because of the stiffer valving or what, but the front end now actually sits 1/4 inch higher than the rear of the car. Looks kinda retarded so when the IRS goes in I'm thinking about taking the front springs off the car and then taking out one, if not both, isos. front is sitting at right around 27" from ground(265 35 18 tires up front) and the rear is sitting at 26 3/4" from the ground(with 295 35 18 tires out back). So you can imagine that the car is looking like its launching while its standing still.
