sucks to hear about Ian's car but at least he didn't total the car.


what does the guy with the cobra have done to the car that he is swapping it all over?

Well he is doing the solid axle swap(which is why im getting the IRS), and he is running billet specialty wheels and needed brakes that he could use with those wheels up front, so he said he would swap me front brakes. And then he saw that I have strange 10 ways and asked if i'd be willing to swap those and i said HELL YES!!! so thats how that went.

HP, i'll be doing the front coilovers as well as the back. but the back coilovers will come much later this summer after some other goodies. The rear til then is getting cut stock cobra springs. Probably gonna be a whole coil cut off of them. My setup is going to be 350lb front springs and then 500lb rear springs. I cant wait!!! But other things must come before the rears though...

#350 front springs? I thought the highest that is recommended on stock bilsteins is a 325...

The highest that you should go with Bilstein HD's is 325lb springs, stock Cobra Bilsteins are rated to 375lb springs in the front and 525 for the rear...but thats for the IRS shocks. At least this is what was told to me by MM i think...if not another member on here.
