The PI head swap would get you around 45 hp but its pretty expensive and a pretty big project and your better off doing the whole PI swap which can get you around 65 HP

Congrats on the GT,
Your friend is correct, in 99 ford put the PI heads on the 4.6's, id recommend swapping to the PI heads and getting them port n polished if your doing the swap, should see some sweet hp gains. if you really are interested in doing a PI swap send me a pm i have a set sitting in my garage that i need to get rid of.
id also recommend changing your exhaust system so ur car can breathe right.
shift kits are popular as well, and IMO a good investment

Damn pretty long list of cars he has. He must had imported that 02 cobra in from Australia huh? Seeing as how there were no 02 cobras in America.

Make sure you get an intake manifold with an aluminum cross over on it... The stock ones are notorious for cracking.

And the stock exhaust on your car is pretty ridiculous. A new midpipe and catback is almost a must.
