Default Some new additions to the now retired Vert

Coming this Thursday to a theater near you will be:

99 cobra IRS with MM bushings, 3.73s, upgraded pitmann arms and tie rods

Mac Catback

Eibach Pro-Kit(thats right kitties, im finally gonna do it)

Now for the shocker...

Im swapping out my Lts for shorties! DUN DUN DUUUUNNNNNNNNNNN Why you ask? Because I dont want to worry about denting up my perfectly good lts, so id rather trade em for shorties. Crazy you say? Nope, I really dont care anymore about how much HP I have. Am I high your thinking? no, the Vert is retired from all forms autocross, its just my cruiser now.

Ill get some pics up with the IRS in. I cant freakin wait. The only mods I have left to do to the car after this will be a 6 speed(IFF my t45 ever goes out) and some 18" wheels(thinking Enkie EKM3s).

I am really going to concentrait on getting my paint worked on. I have a lot of rock chips and dents from ******** who cant judge door space. I feel that I have made my car zero fun to drive with some of the mods iv done to it and im trying to correct my mistakes and make my car very comfy. I am also going to slowly redo my interior. I really want to get my seats redone, but I want to get some bullett seats and have them redone in tan. Has anyone seen this before?

LOL. Na im done with that for right now. I dont wanna break something on the car. Im trying to save up for my GFs engagement band and trying to put away cash for an apartment and money to furnish it for me n my girl. I cant afford to be fixing stuff breaking on my car because I was just beating the crap out of it lol.

Do you know what springs would sit me about like my sig, and be progressive rate?

im going to get back into Auto x but with what I feel is a better platform.. IRS foxbody baby. lol

Hrmms, no idea as far as conventional springs for the IRS.. I'd always recommend coilovers with an IRS, the comfort + spring rates you can get is amazing^^.

Awesome dude let us know how it goes!

I'm thinkin of going for shortys too. I want headers but dont want to deal with the hassle of long tubes. Which shortys are you going to go for?
