I have an 03 Mustang GT with flowmaster catback on it now. I just recieved a Mac off road H pipe and I remember reading somewhere that I need to do something with the o2 sensors? Do I need extenders or new ones or what? What exactally will I need?

you have an 03 so you will need extenders and mil eliminators, you can get both of these from http://www.americanmuscle.com/ I just did the mac h pipe on my 2000 gt a couple of weeks ago and I have the flowmaster catback and it sounds AWESOME. The MILS I got from american muscle worked great but I did not need the extenders as my car is a 2000

I made mine, dead simple.

The upper 2 sensors are the important ones, the bottom 2 are purely for triggering the CEL. Without the MILs, the CEL will be on, but won't affect driving or performance.

It's only the 04's that need those.

actually it will slightly affect performance. with the MIL switched on, the car will run richer to compensate

I do not think so, they tell the computer that the o2 censors are working fine

when the MIL is switched on, the computer throws a code. with the MIL switched off, by way of MIL eliminators or a proper tune, the computer will not throw a code. i think you have the terms on/off confused
