Hesitation/miss under 2k at WOT

Hesitation/miss under 2k at WOT
Just picked the car up, its a 01 gt with 92k miles. Mods include ebay CAI, Port and polished bbk plenum, Port and polished Professional Products TB, Diablo programmer, o/r h pipe with dynomax bullets.
Just noticed when crusing in 5th under 2k say i was at 1700rpms if i go WOT it hesitats till it gets up past 2k, then its smooth from there. Tried it in 4th and 3rd and it does the same. My CEL is on but my diablo wont read it, im going to play with it more or take it to autozone to get it read. I do remember the guy saying it was a lean code, but said it was from the o/r h pipe, but this leads me to an injector or similar, any sugestions?
