Well im sure they paid the price dearly by wasting 4+hours labor and more paint to fix their mistake on the hood.

But needless to say ill try stickin' it to the man, it was the combination of all these events that pissed me off. The people arn't bad but the service is terrible. Keep the advice comin!

Exclamation

So i got my car back, and they let me walk out the door without paying a cent.

Heres what it looks like, im not sure i like the new look yet actually. Maybe some colors just pull off the hoodscoop off better. Also the 01+ side scoops were added on as well.

The hoodscoop looks like it needs to be moved back another inch or two, but i guess it still looks decent. What are your guys opinions. I think it may look a tad bit too aggressive for a red car. But hey it was free so i wont complain, i think its just going to take some getting used too.

They also had to repaint my entire hood, and everything was used with PPG paint...So i assume this job will last. Sorry for the bad pictures the rain messed around with my camera.

Overall what do you guys think?

Well i need struts and probably half a new suspension, it's probably coming sooner than later. The ride quality in the car is terrible, but i can deal with that. Im also thinking about putting a new bumper cover on with some fogs too for my next project.

How much would i be looking at for lowering the car? Id assume id need springs, struts and an alignment at the minimum...What else would i need?

Good to hear you guys are diggin it, i still think it needs to be moved back another 1-2 inches but the black insert was starting to gap. So i dont know how much that cost to correct either, but ill live with it for now.

Hood scoop looks like it is in the right place to me. Lowering the car you can get by with just the springs and be fine for a little while. I never have had lowering springs personally so I don't know how it effects the ride and such. I went straight from stock to a fully adjustable coil over setup, MM CC plates, lakewood struts. All in all I spent around 450$ for everything, but I got amazing deals left and right.
