The plenum is a piece of crap, it's that old Granatelli lobotomised Trick Flow POS thing that had the "adjustable vane" insert thingy--why they thought that reducing the interior volume and inserting an air flow restrictor would improve anything baffles me.
They must have had a ton of those hacked up and I guess UPR have bought the lot. They were on eBay for a while a year or so ago at $39 a pop. I am greatly disappointed that UPR would be pushing this thing.
The TB isn't bad as it's FRPP, the spacer is only need because the plenum is garbage, and the intake kit is not at all needed because the OEM intake is a CAI, and a pretty good one too.
Other than that, go for it...

Actually, the OEM plenum is the weakest point in the upper intake tract, if you are on a budget that would be the first thing I'd change--here's is some data from Accufab (reformatted by yours truly) that reinforces that. You will observe that the Accufab plenum flows best, however the others all flow more than enough air to meet the engine's needs.
I have the Professional Products (same as Trick Flow) 70mm TB and plenum and am quite pleased with the combination--to take full advantage of them you will need a custom tune, but you should do that anyway as the OEM tune is very conservative.

That's kind of a strange kit if you ask me. There is no need for a spacer with the use of any decent plenum (which that is not), the CAI will be worse than the stock tube since it is metal and will retain heat, and nitrous fittings WTF?
IMO, if you are on a budget, get the BBK 78mm tb/plenum combo from AA and a drop in K&N filter, and keep the stock intake.
The tb/plenum combo comes out to $239 after our 6% discount and free shipping, and a K&N drop in filter will cost about $35-$40 at your local parts store. That is everything you need to open up the intake for less than $280
