NA or BLOWER
#13
If it were my car, I would get a set of decent cams like CMS stage 2 N/A or MPH custom N/A grinds and do some other much needed upgrades well before I put a blower on it. A nice set of cams will really open the car up and with a few bolt-ons will make enough power for easy 12s. I have had over 400rwhp on my car and believe me it's worthless without the suspension and tires to get the power to the ground.
Some subframe connectors, tubular lower control arms, strange 10 way adjustable shocks/struts, some sticky drag radials, and an upgraded mid-pipe will get your car running really quick and will hook really well. Once you get your car to grab traction and hook well, then you can worry about power adders.
Most people (including myself at one point) jump straight to a blower and have little supporting suspension mods or the right tires and end up with a car that isn't really all that much faster than it was before because it just blows the tires off in the first 3 gears.

I've thought about just staying N/A but decided to go with a S/C.. I'm piecing together my S/C and will be a little bit over what a set of TF heads would cost.. So I say if you can afford it go S/C..

I've already bought the Head unit and just buying supporting mods. When it's all said and done I will have spent roughly around 2200 bucks (including intercooler).. I wish I had did this 2 yrs ago..but better late than never right..
