i have 2 blocks already, i have a 4.6 crown vic, and a complete wrecked 4.6 gt(trashed internals)

honestly i have no idea witch way to go now, i have been looking up cobra motors, and i can find they are all 10K plus...

i can buy an entire cobra car for 13-15k.

this is starting to be a pain in the ***....

when you say tfs heads this means nothing to me, do you have a website?

He said he is $$ conscious... Am I wrong? You can pickup an entire 2v motor for around 800 bucks...and my suggestion to throw TFS (Trickflow heads) and a nice stage 2 cam would certainly yield one hell of a car. If you want to spend 7k on a cobra motor, so be it, I'm just saying, you can still make a 2v N/A that can be fast and on a budget.

If I recall correctly a trickflow headed, stage 2 cammed 2v w/ longtubes and 4.10s would fulfill these needs quite sufficiently

That combo with a new forged rotating assembly would yeild about 375rwhp with the right cam selection and an operating range your woman would surely love...we're talking like 7000+rpm capable.
