Unhappy My mustang Mustang Got hit (not at fault) Advice?

So i was on lunch and was leaving home on a return trip to work, a block and a half from home some kid in a 2005ish Chrysler Pacifica pulls out of a parking lot just as I pass by.....The impact occured at 30 miles an hour and stuck my REAR passenger side wheel. The rear end of my car was thrown across the road which is when i counter steered, regained control, and pulled over. Police called from then on yadda yadda yadda.

The car seems to run fine, and highway driving is steady, i took it to Pepboys to have it checked out which is where i saw a crushed (little guy)shock, bent exhaust, rim has a small chunk out of it outside, and tires have some deep slash marks running the length of them.....sideways. That thing shifted a good 2-4 inches. Rear bumper has some heavy scuffing and a small hole through it.

Im not in pain or nothing (yet?) but i dont want to drive on anything a three thousand something pound sledge hammer had a good whack at...tell me if this is fair

Bumper repair and respray (new bumper)
new rear end
new rear wheels
new rear tires
control arms
bushings
frame check

**** Happens i guess

yea, that all sounds fair as all of those things are probably fudged up now. I'd really hope that your frame isnt tweaked or the insurance company might total the car.

I wouldn't drive it after a crash like that--make his insurance company get you a rental until it's fixed...

Definitely get a rental there insurance should cover it if you were hit that bad. don't take the risk of driving on a bent frame.
