So I'm in college and can't afford an entire new catback exhaust for my 02 gt so what's the cheapest thing I could do to make my car louder. I have offset flowmasters on it so unfortunatly I can't just through the slp bullets on there. Thanks

Keep your eyes open for used cat-backs on local boards and/or craigslist. They seem to pop up quite a bit.

Pass the inspection and then take it off.

Buy some mufflers like dynomax ultraflows which have offset inlet/outlet's and feature a straight-through design so you'll get the sound and extra power as well.

Other than that there isn't much you can do without spending more money and being able to pass inspection at the same time.

You could also buy a used o/r h pipe (you can find them for very cheap, and it would sound bada$$ with the flows) then swap it for the stocker when emissions rolls around.

cheap and best possibility to pass inspection would be remove the mufflers and straight pipe it, or get some Dynomax bullets put in place. The bullets are still "mufflers" and you will still have all your cats. So you shouldn't get too much slack for inspection.
