I forgot that MM does not like a CO set up in the rear for a street car. I have had them on my ride for nearly 4 years and have no issues with banging, popping or any specific issues with noise or road surfaces. MM is a spectacular company with wondeful parts and service, but have to call BS on that one. I take some VERY rough roads all the time and can see it especially bad starting at the 1:00> minute mark:

Twisty-Fest 6-20-10

This particular road is extremely rough and would bottom out severely in many, many locations if was not to dart around to avoid the high-centers and pot-holes. If you watch the entire vid, you will begin to see why Miles Davis is a MONSTER and $8K is a wonderful beginning to a twisty monster

What spring rates are you using? I see you have them posted in your setup but is that the actual spring rate or does it take into account the factors for the CO setup?

Those are actual spring rates, but read below...

I run 200# out back, which are too light for AX, but have cheated via MMRSB #5. I did this to keep a good ride on the street and is a bit of a compromise to be sure. The fronts are 750#, but are not a traditional CO, as they are SLA twin-control arms up there. This means the springs are not as far inward as OEM, but not as far outward as standard CO on a front strut. This spring rate creates a "feel" in the SLA as very similar to the 300# CO's of which they replaced, so is somewhat comparable and GREAT for the street.

The SLA is a wonderful thing, but extremely rare to find them on a street car. I run AX with it, so has some excellent benifits for my use

OP - I apologize for the thread jack....Teej your a crazy S.O.B. And I figure depending on whether I go CMS Stage 2 cams and 125 wet shot of giggle or CMS Stage 2's with a T trim, I figure that I'll be dropping 6-7 in the next 12-18 months too. I'm addressing suspension last though....Crossing that bridge when I get there.

Tisk tisk young pediwan...lol suspension first then power. Next summer i'll be dropping another couple g's into power since i have the suspension to handle it, unlike someone else who thinks suspension comes last.
