6500 seems kinda low. I'd say walk if you can't get 7500. KBB, for my car jumped from $8500 to $9400 in the last two months. IDK how that happened but i'm really happy, so now i'm gonna sell it as soon as i get the headunit replaced and some different tires put on.

^no offense man, but that logic is flawed IMHO....

What are you planning on picking up after you sell it?

I still think if i were in the market for a 99-04 GT I'd get one with either super low miles in the 8-9k range or hold off for a fair deal on one in the 60-80k range for well under 7,000 dollars.

My 99 was 5 years old and had 48k on it, paid 9500 privately.

Maybe the prices for these cars are different in my area, because a GT with super low miles around here would go for 11k

The logic is flawed, but i didn't tell the whole story. I have put 15k miles on it since i bought it almost exactly a year ago. From 60k to 75k. I bought it for $9600, so if i can sell it for the $9400 that its valued at.....then i only lose $200, 15k miles later. Now that logic isnt flawed.

As for my next vehicle, it'll just be a high mileage new edge that i can pay off and beat on for a year/winter and then pick up a Mach or 01 Cobra next summer ORRRRR save for an engagement ring........blehhhhhhhhh

A. Prices are through the effing roof here too, I know how you feel.

B. Good luck selling it for what it's valued at though, most people will try to lowball the sheeet out of you.

C. Screw saving up for an engagement ring, go to Kay, pick one out, and say-I want to finance this through you. lol. That's what i did last fall. Paid off 1300$ just last month. And I wasn't ever charged any interest. They offer 12 mos same as cash.

D. If you get a mach or a cobra, prepare for the cost of engine mods to go through the roof lol.

You should have a T-45 They seem to have common problems such as 2nd to 3rd grind and hard to get in reverse. Sometimes you can get around 2nd to 3rd grind with different fluids and the way you drive it
