I purchased the Maximum Motorsports Clutch Pedal Height Adjuster, 1994-04. All I can say is WOW!!! It took maybe 30 minutes to install, The MM instructions are great, wouldn't expect anything less from MM. I did it without pulling the seat, which was a little bit of a pain but saved a little time I think. The clutch pedal is now even with my brake pedal. It keeps my knees off the bottom of the steering wheel and and makes the clutch a ton easier to engage/disengage, it has a much shorter travel now. It only cost $19.95, but you do need a clutch firewall adjuster and aluminum quadrant. I highly suggest the MM ones as they are top quality, easy to install and nearly bulletproof. Here are the before and afters, you cant tell too much from the photos but i can tell you it made a huge difference, i recommend it to anyone the wants shorter clutch travel or constantly bumps knees on the steering wheel when doing your footwork.

I have the stock for cable as it is the least prone to breakage. Then i have the MM Aluminum Clutch Quadrant, 1982-04, and the MM Clutch Cable Firewall Adjuster, 1982-2004. Here are the links:
