Default Rattling underneath car

So I've been hearing a lot of rattling under neath my car and I'm trying to figure out what's going on. Is it transmission mounts? Could it be a differential mount/brace? What about my control arms? Could it be anything else? Also, I notice some vibration when I'm at a stand still beginning to accelerate and something rattles. How often do transmission mounts or differential mounts go out and how hard are these to replace? What would be the cause of this? Help me out guys, this **** is bugging me!

Kind of sounds like it's coming from the front to the middle.

Ds should be ok, I probably need to get underneath the car and feel around. I am looking for a general direction or a starting point.

i mean the transmission mounts might describe the vibration, but they shouldn't be responsible for a rattling noise. check all the heat shields on yours cats for starters as well as any clearances around the exhaust. maybe you'll be able to see marks where theres been contact.

What midpipe are you running? Could be the cats going bad and rattling around. Could also be a loose clamp or o2 sensor as that caused rattling on my car when i installed my o/r x last year.

So i got under my car and began to shake the **** outta stuff, two things, the ds seemed to rattle slightly and I found something that is definitely wrong, here are some pics....

....Turns out that on the other brake, I have 1 nut out of 4 lol, anyways, . So I went to a Ford dealership and the guy was trying to get me to buy the brace kit for $300!! Ffff that lol. I'm going to figure out what socket will fit it and go to osh and buy the other 3

thats interesting how its missing a nut. i wonder how that happened? btw...pretty sure you only need 1 nut per side holding that bracket on. see how one bolt is longer than the other? thats where the one nut should go.

anyways...glad to hear you found the issue. hopefully you won't have any more problems. you're lucky your ABS line didn't get damaged.

Ya, one side is missing both and the other side has only one of two....it's been like that for awhile now. My ds does seem a little suspect though...this might sound noob like buuut, would a clutch or flywheel make a noise as well?
