Default Air Conditioning - 99' Mustang GT

Have any of you experienced the following regarding A/C. I have a 99' Mustang GT. The A/C recently started to blow cold/hot. In the mornings I drive around 25 miles to work (San Antonio, TX) and the A/C blows cold the complete trip. On my return home in the evenings around 4-5 p.m. the A/C blows cold for about half the trip. If I turn it off for a few minutes and turn it back on it usually blows cold for awhile then back to hot. I had an oil leak around the oil pan and oil got all over the pulleys. I got the leak fixed and changed the belt but not the pulleys. I never had this problem before. Could it be the compressor, the pulleys, etc? The coolant level is correct. Please advise, somebody!

Thanks
