Clutch, Throwout bearing, Flywheel
What noise could these parts make? When I engaged first gear I hear a noise, almost like a clunk, maybe not. Next time I hear it, I'll post it, but it's not every time. Help anyone?

What clutch set up do you have?
I know when my Spec clutch was starting to fail my Spec clutch
was making all kinds of noises. My Spec clutch disc was chattering
and ticking. My Spec throwout bearing was making a terrible sqeaking
noises before it fail.I know a clunk noise from the transmission area could possibly be you transmission mount failed or is failing.

If the clutch was dragging slightly you might hear a "clunk".
OTH when stopped, depressing the clutch pedal and quickly (almost simultaneously) going into gear could normally clunk (slightly) as the transmission main shaft and the clutch disc come to a stop...
