Default New Clutch Or New Gears/Rear End?

I'm trying to make a decision. I really need both but not in a dire way and I can't do both at the same time right now so I have to make a decision. Give me your thoughts and I will let you guys know my decision. Thanks.

clutch and flywheel are things that are needed. gears arent. so my vote goes to clutch and flywheel.

I voted clutch and flywheel first because once you get gears you'll be banging through them and eventually you'll have a geared mustang that wont move....unless you address that first.

i was giving the rearend a thought because my bearings are worn and there is a possibilty i need a new axle so i was going to do the gears as well but you make valid points. the clutch and flywheel are critical components. just the rubbing from the rear is driving me nuts!
