I ONLY do hands on tunes. Anyone that claims to sell a fully optimised mail-order tune is either a liar or an idiot. There are far to many variables unique to any single engine to possibly create the best possible tune with seeing, smelling, and hearing the engine in question.

That's why canned and mail-order tunes from reputable vendors are "75% to 80% tunes-- it's the only responsible thing to do, to make sure there are no problems with an engine they've never seen, smelled, or heard running...
