This is exactly what im setting up for. I got a forged bottom end and some TFS 44cc heads...and when im ready for a blower (after everything else is built up) im just goin to swap the cams and be good to go.
So i would DEFINATELY forge the bottom end, then you can decide wether to do heads or cams or w/e you wanna do.
Like HOSS said, you MAY need a better blower set up so you're not maxing out your head unit.

Yeah brother I know what you mean. I'll be installing my V1 and about three weeks and I should be a tad over 400.. I'm already saving up for a MMR 600 (Thanks for the advice Lizzy Fan), trick flow heads etc etc. I'm really trying to be in the low 500's by July 10.. Nice car BTW.....

Ox hit 665rwhp with a Novi2000RR on like 20psi or something like that with a stout H/C/I setup. His car was built right and looked so sexy. That car was my vision of perfection. But youre going to need a big blower like a D1 or T trim or better and lots of fuel, like an 03 cobra tank with a Fore Precision triple pump hat with triple focus or GT pumps and like 72lb injectors or bigger. Gonna need a new intake manifold as well.
