I have a certain soft spot for the '71-'72 Mach models...'73, not so much....

I'd kill babies for a '71 Boss though.

IDK about you, but I never liked Javelins lol Id rather drive a mustang. Ford didnt think that body style through very well. Shelby tried a similar look for 69 and then had to rebadge the 69's as 70's because they didnt sell. Shoulda learned their lesson the first time.

Are you ****ting me man?

They started widening the body styles in '67 in anticipation of a series of big motors that wouldnt have fit between the fenders of an early Mustang.

I think just like a lot of other manufacturers, Ford got caught off guard with the fuel crisis and price increases...

but the '71's were big so the 429's would fit a lot more easily *as a fact, the 429 Mach 1 in '71 is HIGHLY coveted model*

I'll admit, the '71-'73 models are not the most aesthetically pleasing models *like lots of others, i cream over '69 and '70s'* but from the right angle,,,, I believe the later big models look just as good, or better than their younger brothers.
