I picked up a set of 17 inch white cobra r's the other day off craigslist. They are in decent shape. Although they could go for being repainted. but for $150 what do you expect...the main selling point was the brand new tires on two of them. But anyway I have looked into powdercoating them...that runs about 400 and taking them to a body shop and having them painted is like 250...so I was thinking about painting them myself. I just have one question...what kind of paint should i be using? Thanks.

In my personal opinion I would spend the extra money and get them powdercoated, as long as its a reputable coater the wheels will come out amazing.

If you do it right it will look good, but not for as long as it would having them painted.
I use wheel paint from the part store, but not the cheap paint.
