I didn't get hit too hard for cost, but it adds up quick. It could have been worse.

Reman Tranny $750 TR3650
Driveshaft $75
Stock H-Pipe $350 from ebay off of an 03 cobra 7K miles
Muffler Shop $125 mostly labor to hook up existing pipes to H-pipe
Four O2 Sensors $130 NTK's from amazon.com (best price)
Fluids $75 Mobile 1 ATF Synth for tranny, 75W-140 synth for rear diff
Throwout Brg $25 Timken
Pilot Bearing $7 National
misc $??

I have a buyer for the racing bell housing and driveshaft for $200. I gave the Tremec 3550 to the reman shop as the core.

Maybe so. It only had 7K miles, almost new catalytic converters on it. $1300 new at dealership. I looked a bit at aftermarket catted X-pipes and h-pipes but decided against it. I opted for longevity with the materials used from OEM versus getting a low cost aftermarket.

Next time get the car inspected b4 you buy it. Not saying that they would catch all these problems, but they may have seen a few.
