a clean mach with under 60k miles goes for around 11-14k around here.

10k for a clean Mach ? Wtf. I paid 14.5 for mine and I did alright for the area.

car sounds like a piece of junk. I wouldn't bother even of 3-4K not worth it especially if body is crappy unless you are in the autobody business. Also motor shot it is worthless.
