NT05 TIRES IN THE WINTER?

Default NT05 TIRES IN THE WINTER?

I have some nt05 tires on the back I was wondering how they would do in the winter anyone happen to know?

Also I won't have the money to go s/c for awhile so i was going to go with comp stage 1 cam/cam gears/75mm accufab plenum/throttlebody/3:73 gears and tune I already have a cai and catback and x pipe what time in the 1/4 should i pull with that and around what hp?

Dont waste your money on that stuff when your trying to get a blower. By the time your done buying it all and paying for cam installation you could have bought a blower.

And Nt05s are a soft compound tire.. I doubt they will handle well in snow..

NT05's are gonna suck for the winter bud...thats pretty much a given. large center tread patch with no real tread pattern. And with those mods you should be around 280rwhp and maybe a high 12 1/4 mile with ok driving, lower with great driving.

summer tires in the winter is a no no man, I took my new edge out on Nitto's 555r's for the hell of it and could not get out the drive way w/o going sideways.

Side note: specially with gears .....

buy 16" V6 wheels and put snow tires all around. I spent $400 off craigslist for basically brand new tires and mint wheels (separate sellers)

Don't risk running summer tires on the car. It's safe for you and for OTHER people on the road.

well i think im gna go with a centri blower so i set it up so nothing gets replaced or voided hence the 3.73 gears and the 75mm vs 70mm but ok thanks for the input on the tires I guess I'll have to got get some rims and tires
