Default No Cats Or No Mufflers??

I Currently Have Flowmaster catback complete system and a magnaflow 2catted Xpipe.

I like the Sound Once i get on it, But at idle and rev, it just isnt loud enough muscular enough for me.

how would it sound if i cut out the mufflers, and just had pipe welded in ??

im also thinking no cats, but i dont wanna fail inspection.

Could i cut out the mufflers myself and get pipe that will fit there??

whats are your thoughst on sound and suchhh

Just leave it. I had that combo and trust me when I say that you won't find another setup you like as much without spending lots of money. I used to have that combo and loved it and I love my setup now, but I got lucky on this one and found the only catback I would be happy with used for a great price.

I've got flows and an O/R H and I love the sound. I've gotten more than one compliment on it too - but everyone's tastes are different OP. Snoop around YouTube and listen to some vidjas.

a NICE sounding exhaust will not be excessively loud, but sounds MEANNNN on throttle.

However, if you want a LOUDDD idel/rev, you are looking for just some pipes and a stright throught muffler, which... doesnt sound bad.... but IS pretty raspy...

It all depends man. I enjoy a quieter professional sound, you might want loud+obnoxious, thats a perfectly good reason lol.

I guess what im getting at is you cant have the best of both worlds.
