Leaving now to look at an 02 GT Black with 100k. 18s,flows, etc bad thing is he said when you shift it makes a weried noise but its not grinding or the clutch? throw out bearing? If it is throw out bearing how much would a shop charge? I am getting the car for $5800, good deal or bad? Any insight?

I'd say $5800 is too much. Go lower

5800 is way too much for unknown problems.

and if you do the TOB, you should do the clutch as well. 100k miles and you have no idea how long that clutch has been in there and if the TOB is bad, the clutch may be just around the corner. would be stupid to pay for the same labor twice.

Just curious as to why you went with another mustang? Why not a vert? Or why not something else?? I love mustangs as much as the next guy on this forum but I would've broaden my horizons a little bit, Just my 0.2 cents though!
