Default Need input on fix back race seats

looking at using a fix backed race seat in my gt. its not a dd and will recieve half and half on track use and weekend warrior. the seats will be installed with a 4 or 6 point cage. i like to hear from those that have them mainly but any comments are welcome. heres the seat im consdering. i have reclinable race seats now but they were a cheap, good seat but was using to see if i would enjoy a race seat which i do. thanks

Keep your adjustable racing seats. Don't go fixed back. They suck.

When you say track use, do you mean road course or drag strip? On a road course a real race (fixed back) is a real bonus. Seats that are adjustable tend to not have as much bolster. If you really are going to flog the thing on a track go for the fixed, if not go adjustable.

Unless this is a race car I don't see the point in race car seats.

I have those EXACT seats down to the color and I love them. I also have a cage, currently only 4 points in but putting the two front bars in this winter, have no issues.
