Default Fall Tires

Sumitomo High Performance HTR Z and NITTO Extreme Performance NT555 Tire

Anyone have either of these tires and know how they perform in the colder months of the year? I am NOT talking about ice/snow but just the colder weather. I want to know if they still grip well despite being high performance summer tires.

Im trying to decide which tires to buy in terms of drivability during the colder seasons.

Tires sizes have to be thus to match 10.5" wheel in rear and 9" wheel in front (obvioulsy limited tires selections for the rear):

315/35-17 in the rear. 275/40-17 in the front.

Will they still Perform??

...know this is wrong section but noone posts in wheels/tires...

Also - anyone know the current americanmuscle discount code?

Dont go sumitomos...nittos all the way. I had them in the winter and they do just fine. I mean you should never be pushing your car in the cold weather, but they did very well for me.

So then a wheel qs..

How strange would it be to run 17x10.5" in the rear, but keep the 17x8 in the front instead of getting new 17x9.

How would that affect drivability?
