Any problems with the 03 4.6 mustangs I need to know about? Just bought my first stang and have always wanted one. Did I make a good purchase?

Can't tell ya if it was a good purchase till I see it, but I don't think the 03s had any major problems.

Where in Texas are ya?

Oh man you bought an 03?

Well the thing about the 03s if you hit 100k miles the motors sponteneously combust.

If you're above 100k the motor has been rebuilt and won't combust again untill 150k (rebuilt motors randomly catch on fire quicker).

Only on the 03s though, the 64.5-2011s are fine. minus the 03.

Good buy.

The 2003-2004 V8 Mustangs are incredibly reliable cars. It would have been a good idea to ask these questions beforehand, though.

tick tick tick is the sound that can be herd at start up of loose rockers. If you hear this sound IMMEDIATELY shut off your car, or take the chance of breaking your muffler bearings.

Love my '03 and had no issues except for the money I spend on modifying it.
